Submitting A Claim
Start a Glass Claim
Check your auto insurance card and call the Claims number on the back. When the automated system asks what you are calling about, say "Glass Only Claim." (Note: They will often transfer you to a 3rd-party glass network—this is completely normal).
Have your Info Ready
The claims agent will ask you for your policy number, The date the damage happened, and your vehicle's Make, Model, and Year
Tell them you choose Ritchie Auto Glass
The agent may try to "steer" you toward a large national chain they are partnered with. You have the legal right to choose your own shop. Tell the agent: "I want to use Ritchie Auto Glass. Their phone number is (208) 589-8436." (Our Address is out of Rigby, Idaho if they ask).
Write down Claim Number
At the end of the call, the agent will give you a Dispatch Number or Claim Number. Write this number down!
Ready To Go!
Once you finish the call, the insurance network will email us the dispatch paperwork. You can either give us a call with your new Claim Number, or we will reach out to you to get you scheduled!
