How It Works
Inspection
We start by inspecting the chip to determine if it is repairable. Generally, any chip smaller than the size of a quarter can be easily sealed.
Prepare The Chip
Using a drill with a glass Dremel bit, we remove the broken glass surrounding the impact to allow for a tight bond with the resin.
Resin Injection
We inject a high-strength resin into the crack and cure it using UV light.
Protect
Finally, we apply a cap over the sealed resin flush with the windshield and ensures that the crack does not expand.

What to do when you get a rock chip
When you find a rock chip on your windshield, it is best to schedule a repair as soon as possible to avoid further damage. However, here are some precautions you can take in the meantime.
- Avoid extreme temperatures by all means. Keep your car out of direct sunlight.
- Keep vehicle out of fluctuating temperatures. Park your car inside a garage if possible.
- Do not turn your defrost setting on super high if the outside temperature is cold.
- If it’s raining cover the crack with a piece of tape to prevent it from getting wet and spreading.
